The control system is integrated with a Siemens S7 PLC, which activates the air conditioning unit or high-performance forced ventilation when the cabinet temperature exceeds a predetermined threshold. This proactive approach to thermal management ensures that the ozone generator operates reliably and efficiently under varying environmental conditions.
In the event of a failure of the air conditioning unit, safety protocols are in place to alert the operator through an alarm signal and automatically reduce or shut down the system's power.
The cooling fans used in this system are low-noise, durable, and designed for industrial applications, making them suitable for continuous operation. This robust cooling solution is essential for maintaining optimal performance and longevity of the ozone generation equipment.
