OmalNow Manual Control Valve for Ozone

The OmalNow manual control valve is specifically designed for precise regulation and manual control of ozone flow to each compartment of the ceramic ozone diffuser system. These valves are ball valves equipped with fine-tuning capabilities, allowing operators to adjust the ozone flow with high accuracy.
The valve body and all components in contact with the fluid are constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel, ensuring excellent chemical resistance to high concentrations of ozone.

Engineered to withstand the operational pressure of the system (such as PN16 or PN40), the valve features seals and packing made from PTFE/Teflon or similar fluoropolymer materials, which are highly resistant to the corrosive effects of ozone. For enhanced precision in flow regulation, the valves are typically equipped with fine-toothed adjustment mechanisms, enabling operators to achieve linear or uniform flow adjustments as required.

The connection type is either threaded or welded, compatible with AISI 316L piping in the installation. This design consideration ensures a robust and reliable integration into various ozone applications, facilitating optimal performance and safety.
