The DOCAT240, manufactured by DeMNor, is a high-performance system designed for the safe destruction of exhausted ozone gas. It operates on the principle of thermocatalytic decomposition, requiring the gas to be heated above a minimum temperature to ensure optimal ozone breakdown. The system consists of two interconnected units and uses carulite as the catalyst to maintain consistent and efficient operation.

Engineered for reliability, the DOCAT240 guarantees that the treated gas exiting the system has a temperature below 60 °C and an ozone concentration of only 0.1 ppm by volume. To protect the catalyst from moisture damage, the system includes four droplet traps. Its robust enclosure is constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel, offering excellent durability in industrial environments.

The DOCAT240 is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, including ozone generators and water treatment facilities, where safe and efficient ozone destruction is essential. Its dual-block design, combined with precise thermal management, ensures high performance while minimizing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
