Through the HMI, the operator can manage automatic ozone production control, manually adjust power output to vary ozone concentration, control gas supply, and perform system start-up and shutdown procedures.

Critical safety functions are fully integrated into the control system. These include ozone leak detection alarms and automatic system shutdown in the event of unsafe conditions, ensuring personnel safety and equipment protection. The PLC system supervises and controls all ozone-generation equipment, maintaining reliable operation under normal and abnormal operating conditions.
